Что такое «коучинг»? Сколько он стоит, и кто может его себе позволить?

Коучинг – индивидуальная технология целедостижения как в личных отношениях, так и в профессиональной области, раскрывающая потенциал человека и способствующая наиболее эффективному достижению поставленных целей.
Коуч для клиента – «зеркало для героя». Клиенты для коуча – уже победители.
Как индивидуален каждый из нас, так и сам процесс коучинга не может быть шаблонным. Одному клиенту достаточно 20-ти минутной сессии по телефону, другому – час-полтора личной беседы с подробными графиками и домашними заданиями.
Оценить работу коуча или его предшественника, должность которого называлась «еврей при губернаторе», может только клиент, готовый к изменениям. Первая встреча с клиентом обычно стоит 1,5 – 2 тысячи и длится час-полтора.
Есть ли от него реальная (практическая, а не эмоциональная) польза? Или это очередной новомодный способ заработать…
Коучи не ищут себе клиентов, также как и духовные учителя не ищут себе учеников. Встречи происходят независимо от обеих сторон. Если клиент созрел для кучинга, то сама встреча с коучем становится для него неминуемой – где-то прочитал, кто-то рассказал и т.п. В ином случае встречи просто не будет. Что касается реальной пользы, необходимо отметить, коучинг – это не консультирование и не советы о том, как поступать, в отличие от управленческого консалтинга, в коучинге действие и бездействие – прерогатива клиента и его ответственность.

Каковы основные тенденции развития рынка коучинга в Воронеже?
Рынка коучинга в Воронеже нет и не будет. Это не та услуга, которую можно продавать с прилавка. То, что сейчас многие называют коучингом, на самом деле является банальным НЛП-консалтингом и не имеет к коучингу никакого отношения. Причем многие консультанты и бизнес-тренеры определенно уверены, что являются настоящими коучами.
• В коучи, если не говорить о настоящих шарлатанах, идут люди, в основном, из двух групп. К первой относятся психологи и психотерапевты, которые видят в коучинге интересное и прибыльное использование своих навыков. Ко второй группе относятся экс-руководители фирм, которые хотят поделиться своим богатым опытом, и бизнес-консультанты, использующие коучинг для того, чтобы лучше помочь своим клиентам. Кого, на Ваш взгляд, больше на воронежском рынке коуч-услуг?

Вчера ко мне в кабинет заходит сотрудник и говорит: В организации «N» 16% показали отрицательный результат на тестировании, но на самом деле это 1 из 6 человек. Мне в заключении отобразить 16% или написать один человек?

Один из тезисов «коучей»: не обязательно быть профессионалом в вашем бизнесе, чтобы помочь вам стать лучше… Что Вы думаете на этот счет?

Вообще-то это один из тезисов тренеров, консультантов и ещё множества профессий. Коуч должен уметь слушать и задавать правильные вопросы, при этом собирать информацию и давать обратную связь клиенту. Клиент коуча самодостаточен и обладает всеми ресурсами и знаниями о том, как наиболее эффективным и безопасным способом достичь поставленной цели.

Райнер Лессинг — коуч, который проводит занятия по особой методике. В его доме живут ручные волки, которых он вырастил. Изучение иерархических отношений в стае этих животных привело его к интересным выводам. Лессинг не боится проводить смелые параллели между звериным сообществом и бизнесом и говорит, что отношения между волками походят на взаимодействие деловых людей. Лессинг позиционирует себя как коуч для руководителей (Executive Coach). Он проводит занятия, которые стоят 950 евро с человека в час. Если ли у нас, в Воронеже, нечто подобное, экстра неординарное? И что вообще могут предложить воронежские коучи? Сколько стоит коуч-сессия по оригинальной методике?

Каждый практикующий коуч уникален в своих методах работы с клиентом. А что касается Райнера Лессинга, то могу привести лишь одну параллель – экстраординарный и известный на всю страну фрезеровщик Иван Дулин из Камеди Клаб – никто не знает какой он фрезеровщик, но известен он не поэтому.
Что ждёт в ближайшей перспективе рынок коучинга?
Попытки создания профессионального сообщества коучей до настоящего времени не увенчались успехом, но они есть, просто нет ещё единого мнения по поводу этого нового для Воронежа вида услуги, что и показала эта виртуальная дискуссия. Коучи всегда были, есть и будут, а вот рынок, как токовой, никто из профессиональных коучей в ближайшей перспективе формировать не будет, за исключением самого обучения коучингу.

INSPIRATION

Starting the game it’s not enough to know the effective methods and to have the necessary instruments. We need something elusive that hides under the word “inspiration”. How can we get it?
In the presence of inspiration your pulse and blood pressure changes, pupils of the eyes widen, respiratory rate increases, muscle tone rises, the activity of endocrine glands and external glands intensifies. But you don’t take notice of it. You’re absorbed in your game. And also it’s difficult to fix the many points of this list. In such moments it’s rather easy to control only pulse and respiratory rate.
Everything in our body has the feedback. The emotional state changes the respiratory rate and the respiratory rate changes the emotional mood.
Your task is to create a ritual you’ll do every day before the game and also in every situation you need inspiration. You should:
1. Remember the situation when you managed everything easily, effortlessly, merrily… Remember your feelings and then try to arouse them on purpose.
2. Concentrate your attention at your feelings, try to identify the inspiration in your body. What is it? How does it look like? What colour is it? What temperature is it?, etc.
3. Invent some bodily movement prompted by your inspiration. You may jump or squat, dance or stand with raised arms, or maybe you’ll want to cry or something else. Ask your inspiration about it and the inspiration will tell you.
4. Remember your state and the ritual you have invented. By this ritual you can arouse the inspiration in every moment, in every place. But you should consolidate it that is acquire a habit.
5. To acquire a habit of arousing the inspiration you should repeat this exercise twenty one times at the very least. But do not repeat it on end, it’ll give you the little effect. There must be pauses between exercises.
Your ritual is ready. Describe your feelings in detail and pay attention at how the ritual influences your emotional state.
This ritual is yours for all your life. It’s one of the most important presents the Game has made for you, remember it.

“Integral image of yourself”

It’s the last exercise of the second stage of the Game. In this exercise you’ll gather all your goal into a whole to create the l image of successful achiever.
At first choose a place in which you might look at yourself from an outsider’s viewpoint. You should certainly like this place. Imagine it carefully in every detail.
1. Imagine yourself from an outsider’s viewpoint in the future at that moment when your first goal is achieved. Standing up straight surely. Have an eye on you carefully. Pay attention at your clothes, footwear. Observe yourself. What posture, gait, facial expression, glance do you have. Try to understand what you’re feeling, thinking of, what values you have.
After you’ve imagine yourself clearly leave this image. Let him be there, have a walk.
2. Now put your another image into the same place, the one in that you’ve achieved your second goal. Imagine it clearly, pay attention to all the details as it was in the point 1.
Envisage your second image meets the first one. They look at each other, go past. What do these people feel? Observe them and leave them. Now two of your images are there.
3. Depending on number of the goals you have in this exercise put the last images that have reached the goals. Look at them carefully, paying attention to every detail and feeling they experience. Let them see each other.
4. After all your images that have achieved goals gather in your place, imagine they must merge together into one integral image at a certain moment. Do any thing by which all your images can merge together. Feel how it’s happening. Retrace this process thoroughly. Take a good look at this wonderful action.
5. Examine carefully your integral image. Pay attention to every detail. Try to understand what he feels, what his state is. Observe him, his gait, facial expression. Listen to his voice. Fix this image. Remember it with all the details.
6. Now try to envisage this image in the future, first in the near future, then further and further. What is he doing? What features has he? What does he look like? Where is he now?
7. Look at your integral image in different contexts – business, family, friends, spirituality, personal interests. Note all his peculiarities you have paid attention at. Describe the results of your experience in detail, noting all the features, feelings, emotions, etc.

GOAL AFFIRMATION

Reaching any the goal firstly occurs in the consciousness. The successful result depends on your intention. The next exercise will help you to form the true purpose and to realize the essence of your goal.
Earlier you’ve carried out a serious study that’ll help you to form the right message to the Universe. Now you are ready to be in contact with the source of your personal force, the usage of which gives you the vast advantages.
Making and sending the messages is an effective method of your inner mastery developing. This method is easy to use and is meant for a certain power of your consciousness.
It’s a sort of cosmic magnet that attracts the right persons, events and situations, which helps to reach the goal.
You’ll learn to make the effective inquiries of how to use the force of written and pronounced word to support your goals achieving.
In the metaphysic space you express the essence of your wish in a form of a statement knowing as Affirmation.
Affirmation is one or several sentences that inform the Universe of what we need and what aim we concentrate on. Affirmation contains the spiritual supply and corresponds to that we call prayer in religion.
Our subconsciousness is rather stubborn. It’s necessary to repeat the message several times and only after that the subconsciousness will start the constant retranslation of your intention into the Universe.
How does it work? We say to our subconsciousness that we already have the reached goal. Asserting it we start thinking and acting in such a way as if we already have the desirable.
After that the Universe begins to adapt to us, making the balance between the metaphysic space where your goal is reached and a physic one. This process is called materialization.
Making and pronouncing the affirmation requires the faith first of all. We must believe that the desirable is already ours.
When you start using affirmations you’ll make sure by yourself how important elements of goal achievement they are.
Affirmation consists of six steps, each of them is obligatory to do and is depicted below.
Request.
Make a request in such a way that it must express your wish the most clearly to avoid the wrong interpretations and in positive aspects.
Gratitude expression.
We must always thank the power of Universe that helps us to achieve our goals.
Defense.
In order that the response to your request has no negative consequences you should establish the defense into the affirmation. For this it’s enough to mention that your goal is achieved in a safe and good way.
Elimination of limits.
It’s very important to be open to something greater than the thing we wish. It permits the Universe to perform your order faster. Add the phrase: “For my superior and greatest good and everything concerning it”. Let the Universe itself correct your wish in the best way for you.
Acceptance.
“… in accordance with God’s will and free will of everything relating to it…”. By this phrase you accept the existence of the highest powers you want to get help from.
Conclusion.
“Let it be!” it’s a metaphysic version of the word “Amen”. While pronouncing these words you consolidate your belief in inevitability of the positive result.
Make and write down the affirmations for every your goal, after that for several days re-read them aloud. For more effectiveness form a habit to do this every morning.
Example: “I’m an owner of a new black Mercedes ML350. I thank the Universe for this car that I’ve got in a safe and good way. I got it for my superior and greatest good in accordance with God’s will and free will of everybody relating to it. Let it be!”

Goal reframing

Take the comfortable position. Your back should be straight. Close your eyes and relax. After that imagine the present state of affairs. Imagine it as vividly as possible. Imagine yourself in this picture. Now enliven this picture, fill it with the movements. You should feel the smell, hear the sounds, envisage what is going on in detail. Make your picture three-dimensional. Put this picture in a blue frame and leave it for a time.
Now create an image in that you’ve reached you goal. This picture must be black-and-white, flat and small, outlined by white frame. Put this picture at the left lower corner of the blue frame you’ve made before.
When you’ve create these two images count mentally: “One, two, three”. At the word “three” say to yourself mentally: “Change” and replace the images. After that the image in the blue frame must became the small one and the image in the white frame – on the contrary three-dimensional, colored and bright. The image in the blue frame must be in the left lower corner of the image in the white frame.
It’s explained so that the right side corresponds to the past and the left one – to the future.
The white frame always corresponds to the things you like and want to keep and the blue one – to the things you don’t like or you want to get rid of.
The next step is you should do the image in the white frame the bigger and more colored, you should enliven it and fill it with colours, smells and sounds. And you should do the image in the blue frame on the contrary reduced and fuzzy. Increase the image in the white frame and decrease the image in the blue frame until the last one disappears.
This method you may use for reinforcing any of your goals and developing the motivation to them.

Goals pantry

In many books you may find the description of the investigations of Yale University that studied the students’ successfulness after their graduation the university. Among the questions the students answered there was a question of whether they wrote down their goals. Only three per cents of the students answered this question positively. Since 20 years the University continued the investigations by interrogating the same students. It was appeared that the students that answered positively the above-mentioned question scored the most success in their careers than the rest of them. To watch and to formulate the goal is to reach it by halves.
The goals pantry is filled only once, after that you’ll return here regularly to sum the reached goals up, to throw away the goals that appeared to be false or by some reasons to be of lost interest for you, or to include the new ones.
Starting the Game you should fill the pantry with the goals, completing the table at the next page.
In the column “WISH” you write down your wish or goal. The more wishes you write the easier it will be to choose the wishes to enter the Game.
In the column “Goal purpose” you should indicate one of the following categories or add something by yourself:
— for yourself — for soul — for family
— for home — for children — for parents
— for body — for society — for friends
— for world — for pleasure ….
In the column “Realization date” you should write the date up to that you’d want to reach the goal. This precondition is a transformation of any wish into aim. Later you may correct this date. Maybe your goal will be realized earlier than the date you’ve written.

And the main column is “Gratitude”. You should imagine the reward for realizing you wish. It may be something real (a present for yourself), or it may be something imaginary, but obligatory for you by reaching the goal.
The pantry is limited only by your fantasy, and if you don’t have enough place in this table you may extend it by yourself.
Before entering the game you should choose the games you’ll play with from the pantry. Pay attention to the previous exercise in which you filled the life wheel, you may choose just those goals that will support the harmonization of your wheel.
Three is the minimal number of goals, seven – the maximum. During the game you may substitute any goal for the one from the pantry, but only on the first level.
